Quick Start Guide
The SWARM Perception Box is a managed black box; meaning you do not need to manage hardware/OS/driver/security patches. You also cannot access the system.
To get set up, follow these steps:
Your first step includes:
Mount the (O)P101/P401 to the desired location.
Ensure your (O)P101/P401 is online in your SWARM Control Center.
After the Perception Box is successfully connected with the SWARM Control Center, you must configure the used camera and the scenario you are fulfilling.
Make sure to use a SIM card with sufficient data volume. For normal use, approx. 1 GB per month and a device are needed.
If your specific use case is not specified, please select 1080p (1920 x 1080).
Enabling ONVIF during initial setup not only saves time for possible support cases in the future, but you can also benefit from applying Swarm's recommendations on camera parameters with a single click in your Control Center.
For the already configured scenarios, you can gather your data either via or create Dashboards in our Data Analytics. Those dashboards offer out-of-the-box visualizations as well as REST APIs to gather more insights.
