Portal Login
We offer a fully managed platform as a service with dedicated portal login - SCC
You can enter the SWARM Control Center via our SWARM portal by just entering your account name. No need anymore to save dedicated URLs.
Your account name will be provided by our SWARM support during the ordering process.
There are three different user types with different authorizations:
- Admin: All admins can manage everything in the Control Center. Admins have editing, viewing, and deleting rights in Device Configuration, Data Analytics, and Monitoring Alerts.
- User: A user has editing, viewing, and deleting rights in Device Configuration and Data Analytics.
- Viewer: All viewers are simply able to view any dashboards in Data Analytics which are managed by users and admins.
You will be asked to log in with your email address and your password. For the first time using the portal, you can log in with the initial password, which will be provided by SWARM support. After entering your initial password, you'll be asked to create a new one.
In case you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link and following the instructions.
You can find your name and user type on the top right of the Control Center as soon as you have logged in.
